The adulteration of plant raw materials used for the preparation herbal drugs with foreign material is one important issues in quality control products. Chemical fingerprinting a well-known approach characterization secondary metabolites associated species and can be material. current study centred on development chemical three medicinal plants genus Anemone including A. obtusiloba, falconeri A tetrasepala through identification their using LC-ESI-QTOF-MS/MS analysis. Thirty compounds were identified by high-resolution positive negative electrospray- ionization (ESI) modes MS/MS belong to diterpenoids, alkaloids, phenols, flavonoids other classes distribution among analysed was studied different statistical tools. Moreover, an LC-HR-ESI-MS/MS method developed detect cross mixing obtusiloba Ziziphus jujuba.
